For a healthy matrimonial relationship parties should be connected both mentally and physically since your husband is already looking for a divorce and also he is an asylum at some other country or place you both are not having both the basic elements so as an individual this marriage is not giving you anything probably decide some finances so it is advisable that you can take a divorce so if did you are financially satisfied with the result or without financial satisfaction also if you can have better of life with another person you have to take the call since according to my understanding now your husband is already away and is also not interested in marriage is also as good as dead so find your happiness and move ahead is my Advice
