I and my husband withdrawed mutual divorce petition to give a chance for our marriage. But situations are not getting better but worse. My husband took 20 lakhs of loan amount disbursed on my name and now my husband is not responding to me in any communication and I have been staying in my paren's house. Can i reopen the closed petition to get my 20lakhs amount back and to get divorced ? Please advice.

hi if things are not working well then you could file for divorce petition as there arw stil differences existing and that he is not acting as per agreed terms and need to see whether an MOU was made prior to dissolving mutual divorce
