I Am Worker Waiting For Visa ,Looking For Divorce And Issue With Heari

I live in a joint family, and after my younger brother's marriage, my wife became jealous and demanded separation. struggled with infertility for over 3 years and spent 10 lakhs on IVF, but she miscarriage. During COVID, lost job & started a business with my cousin, but it failed.spent most of my earnings on her health and lifestyle. I had to sell my house, and the only asset I have left is gold worth 15 lakhs despite these challenges, my wife continues to harass me. I've received a job offer in Europe done with PCC waiting for visa, but when everything was set, my wife and in-laws came to my house, abused me, and physically attacked me and my mother, I'm considering divorce, but I can't afford alimony until I start earning in Europe. If I file for divorce, concerned about having to attend continuous court hearings. Is there a way to file ?Also, if I leave for Europe and don't return to India, can my family or I face legal consequences, given the dangerous behavior of my in-laws?"
