I am victim of Parent Alienation and need legal help knowing my rights

Hi, I am seperated from my husband since last 1 year due to dowry, domestic violence etc. after seperation my husband and inlaws are not allowing my child to meet Me. They pored poison in child brain and now he doesn't wish to meet Me. I have not fixed for divorce yet.

You have not mentioned the age of your child. You can always ask for the custody of the child provided you have money to support your child. It is your right to see your child and get the affection from the child. You could file petition under Guardian and Wards act. Your advocate could help you for that. You can file application before concerned family court having your station over the matter for appointing yourself as the guardian of the child jurisdiction of the family court depends on the ordinary residence of the child you can also initiate petitions against your husband for my insurance as well as compensation
