I am P PARANDHAMAN .I have a Hearing problems -100%.my Educational Qualification with M.B.A.,D.Ed.I have a Hearing problems of I don't sign language.I know write only.my life partner is write and tearing, after blackmailing,she is not come to my home.my marriage on 2016.we don't meet in this time.please help me to Divorce & legal rights..

hi parandaman you can file a divorce petition based on the cruelty how your wife behave with you based on your cruelty based on your wife behave with you like cruelty manner you can file you can file your petition before the competent court mean that particular judition staying together or not
