I am Not in favour of getting divorce from my husband bcoz of my cance

Hello Sir, I am Hindu and got married last year in Jan and I am recently got diagnosed with cancer. And now my husband and his family is mentally harassing me and threatening me for divorce. But I am not in favour of getting divorce.. what should I do?? Could you pls help me. Even if I get the divorce.. will I be eligible for alimony? I am a working women.

No one can force you to get a divorce. You're diagnosed with a disease after marriage and that won't amount to cruelty. And YES, you are eligible to get alimony in case you get divorced even if you're a working woman. It's your husband's responsibility to take care of you.
