I am married from 15 yrs,have a girl child of 7 yrs old,bt not happy with the marriage.want to separate on the ground of cruelty.please tell me what are the options fr me

hi if you are not happy with your marriage then you could file petition in court seeking divorce on grounds of cruelty mental and physical in court or file petition for judicial separation in court seeking such relief
