I am in a relationship with a married man.

I am in a relationship with a married man. We have a son. I am also married I do not live with my husband but We are not divorced yet.. What can I do about this?

The question arises is how long have you been in relationship with the person and were you still in relationship with the person when you were with your husband. Your relationship with the person is not recognised according to law till you are separated from your husband

Well, first of all, you have to confirm, whether the Married Man with whom you are in Relationship will give Divorce to his Wife or not before marrying with you. If he says yes, then, think about giving Divorce to your current Husband.
