I am hindu.before our marriage my husband had an illegal relationship couple of times with a married woman(his relative) who has already a daughter.Because of her husband problems she asked to give a baby so that she will see him in that child and won't come into his life.she gave birth to male child during her wedlock.later she got divorced from last 3 years she is asking my husband to tie knot to her and give rights to both her children and now she is threatening me that she will not leave him.after our marriage my husband doesn't maintained any relationship with her except phone calls.can I take any legal action against her?

Yes you can take action and file a case on her harassment blackmail and everything was going on your husband approach an advocate soon file a case in police station for protection too for all you need evidence also gather some proof for your allegations

you can't proceed. but, your husband can fight against this evil mind. he has to approach an advocate and with his assistance, your husband should lodge a complaint with your nearest police station against her for the threats she have been making. No concubine get a right to demand for knots. demanding knots from married person is also a crime. Nothing will happen against your will and harm will be happened in your family life if your husband really kept her away.
