My boyfriend and I was in relationship from 2years ,he used me physically and said he gonna marry me and made pregnant and made me to take abortion,i trusted his words like he will be with me and marry me but as of now he is saying not gonna marry me and using bold language and scolding me regard of our caste(SC) ,his mother also known everything but she didn't support me any time, I'm a single girl who doesn't known this in my family and fighting for the justice can any one help me? Whether his family can be punished r not.

I am hindu.before our marriage my husband had an illegal relationship couple of times with a married woman(his relative) who has already a daughter.Because of her husband problems she asked to give a baby so that she will see him in that child and won't come into his life.she gave birth to male child during her wedlock.later she got divorced from last 3 years she is asking my husband to tie knot to her and give rights to both her children and now she is threatening me that she will not leave him.after our marriage my husband doesn't maintained any relationship with her except phone calls.can I take any legal action against her?
