I am hindu and my wide don't want to live with me ...she has some outside affairs ..but I am having a baby girl...and she wants to leave me and has put domestic violence case against me to get money from me...so how can I get ride of all this as soon as possible..

Well, Have you recorded any such instance where your Wife had slept with an another Man at your back? How do you know about her Affairs? You need to prove this allegation in Court. As far as case of Domestic Violence is concerned, you need to prove you don't raise your hands on her
