I am divorced & have child Visitation from fri to sun of my 13yr old boy. However, my ex travels without informing, i don't have contact with my child as she has taken his phone & she doesn't take calls or msgs. How can I approach the court for my basic rights of visitation, his vacations, b'day, festivals or even full custody of my child. Based in pune. He has been removed from his school also this year for his behaviour from std 7th.

Well, you can approach the concerned Family Court to report about the wrongful conduct or behavior on the part of your Ex-Partner who has been willfully keeping your child away from you during visitation hours despite an order from Court of visitation right in your favor. You will be reporting this for filing a case of Contempt of Court against that Ex of your's.
