I am a Hindu woman. Need certain Divorce related advise.

Sir..hamari shadi 2003 me hui.2005 me mera ek beta hua.2008 se ham husband se alag rah rhe hai.beta mere sath hi rahta hai. 9 sal se ham alag rah rhe hai.ab mai talak chahti hu.
Aap hindu maaroage act ke tahat divorce ka case daal sakti aur saath hi saath maintanence bhi mang sakti hain. Aapko ek saal se 1.5 saal ke andar talak mil jayega. Aap talak jahan aap last saath me rahe the wahan kar sakte hain.
