Husband's impotency and in laws mental emotional torture

We gt married in Dec'19, soon I realized my husband had erection problem n he cud not keep erections for more than a few seconds. He started ignoring n avoiding me after. I asked him to contact doctor but he procrastinated it. From mid March to April, we both slept in one room with In laws, no privacy and my MIL supported my husband giving silly excuses. I gave him time n chances but he ignored me. Finally in May I went to my parents home n we had a family meeting with my In laws and discussd my husband's problm. My MIL asked me to come back home which i did but then my SIL started torturing me mentally n emotionally n husb n MIL kept quite so i came back to my parents. In July we consulted Urologist n my husband told doctor that he could not maitain erections before marriage also. I asked my husband to rent a room where we both stay in privacy n start medication but he forces me to come back n stay with in laws where we do not have privacy. What should I do? Please help me.
