Husband's extra marital affair

My husband has extra marital affair and he has produced a baby out of his affair which I got to know recently. He has filed for divorce and I have filed for RCR since last 1 year.But I have not much evidence.What legal action I may take against him.Can I hire private detective to collect evidence against him.Is it illigal or not?Pls guide me.

if you have right source of information, then you can file a case against him. Without right legal evidence you cannot do allegations. please request court help with existing source of information and seek help for further investigation through proper channel. regarding current divorce and rcr cases, we need table discussion to understand more about the actual issue.

Dear Madam, If it is real then directly go to his house and call the Police who will take him into custody and interrogate. Marrying for second time invites seven years imprisonment under Section 494 of IPC. Police will collect the evidence and submit charge sheet against your husband and he may loose his job if it is true.
