Husband's divorce petition (cruelty) dismissed on 29.12.22 but he is not allowing me entry in marital house. Do I have to file separate restitution case? What can I do?

Hello, yes you should file separate restitution case against him and you have to annex decree and judgment copy with it to inform court about this divorce case. If he is not agreeing to entry then you can get protection order from magistrate court by filing DV case also
