Husband's brother promised to marry me now denying what can I do

What kind of help I can get from law if I want to file a case against my husband and his brother (sworn). On husband I want to file case of cruelty and need divorce at earliest. On his brother I want to file case of adultery. His brother deceive me committing me to do marriage with me after divorce since my husband is very cruel to me and want to make sexual relationship till then. It's going on from past many years and due to some financial problems I am unable to file divorce case since it costs too much & I need to take care of my son also. His brother is going to marry to someone else now
Mam if it is so you can file a rape case against your husbands brother and a domestic violence case against your husband.. In addition to this if ur husband is ready to grant u divorce then u both can take mutual divorce and u can also ask for alimony for urself and ur child.. file case as you know the better, against your husband for cruelity but you should not file the adultery on his brother its give the advantage to your husband, and if you want to suffer his brother then you can file adultery on him seperately but you should not file the both cases simultaneously. if you want to file criminal cases simultaneously with no problem at all then prove that they both were agreed on this and your husband's brother committed rape with you, which was also in the knowledge of your husband, that's it.

You have done a wrong thing by getting into sexual relationship with your brother in law. Under Indian Penal Code you cannot file a case of adultery, only your husband can do that. You cannot do anything against your brother in law. You can file an application for divorce against your husband on grounds of cruelty, for that you must first go and file a report in Crime Against Women Cell.
