Husband won divorce case in HC on the basis of cruelty

My brother in law won divorce case in high court on the basis of cruelty. After completing 90 days of limitation period he got remarried with my younger sister . After 6 months of divorce, his first x wife filled SLP in Supreme Court. What action we need to take now ? Can SC reverse the divorce decree now ? Can Supreme Court call my sister in the hearing . Please suggest. We don’t want my sister to get engage in all this .
if she is filing or has filed spl in Hon'ble supreme court after the limitation of period then spl is not valid and remarriage will be valid but this limitation period started from the receiving of the copy of the decree not date of the decree

first of all I would like to congratulate all of you, now we talk about divorce Decree, usually your brother in law Followed the whole legal procedure and Got married after passing the limitation time, so there are 0.1% chance of her victory in SLP, as your brother in law got divorce on the basis of cruelty.
but if supreme court calls your sister, she will have to go in the court
