Husband wants to get divorced and now running away from India

I m i. I am 34 years old woman. My marriage done in Dec 2009.My husband name is. We have 7 years old daughter. We both doingn job. N stay in joint family. Before 1.5 years ago, the behavior of my husband is change. He wants divorce from me. But I denied. He started to torched me on call n Then block me. He stay with his parents in their room. He not giving me money for me n daughter. He don't talk with me. N not go anywhere with me n daughter. He insulted me n not talking tiffin made by me. His parents also support him. In January 2017 he filed divorce case against me. At that time also I received notice at his house. He forced me to get divorced. All members at his house not talking with me. N they refused to keep my daughter. In may2017 I go to my parents house with my daughter. In September 2017 my husband run away from India n going other country. Now what I do to bring him back . I don't know where is he now? What actions can I take
