Husband want to file divorce due to daily quarrels and mental torture

We are Hindu and I want to file divorce on the ground of daily fight on one or another silly and meaning less topics and my wife start fights every alternate night from 12 to 3 am and my life is became hell. My wife is staying with her parents now from last 1 year. Initially she don't want to give divorce but now she and her family asking a big amount for divorce and I have proof of that. I want to file divorce now. What can be consequences against me if I file divorce. Can I defend for her travel cost as I am going to file from different city and she has to travel from different city?

yes you can file divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion without reason..if she is earning,not entitled for maintainance, yes she can ask for interim maintainence like per date travel fee and expences during divorce proceedings, advocate fee and etc...for further details do contact

dear first of all you can serve a leagal notice to your wife for sec 9 hma than you can file a divorce case। you want charge to travel and any other like mental harsh physical torcher। etc you can file only your last home stay with your wife
