Husband trying to abduct child out of India

04-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband and I have a troubled marriage due to differences of our family values. I have been staying together for interest of kids so that they get company of both the parents. So we are more of parents to our kids, rather than husband and wife. I have 2 sons - 9 years and 5 years. Now my husband has secretively applied for passport of my elder child. I have suspicion that he is planning to abduct him out of India. Can I restrict him to apply for his passport? Is there a way I can take legal help in advance to restrict my husband to take my child out of India without my consent or knowledge?

yes you can file a petition under the guardian and wards act and take a restraining order not to take your children out of India without court and your permission, hence by doing so you will be able to restrain him from taking children out of India, best would be take the children with you and then a petition in court where you reside.
