Husband tortured to give him my gold for clearing his personal company

Want to know about child custody etc after khula. I am a muslim. Junior dentist 28 years old. Kid is 4 years old. I want a divorce and want my childs custody. I just started working a year back. Have no savings. Husband is not returning my gold and had sent my child to him in Bangalore because my mother is not currently in my house to take care of him. Now husband and in laws are telling they wont send him back to me and they will put him in school in bangalore. I had filed for divorce from him 2 years back and corona delayed it. I lived with him for a few months and he kicked me twice from his house.
