Husband Torture, cruel behavior, doubt of extra marital affair,

My sister is facing problem due to her husband cruel behavior, torture.He doesn't want to keep her with him. It's nearly 3 years of marriage but she mealy lived with him. She usually stays with her parents or he use to keep her at her mother home in city Patna and he himself lives in Delhi. Girl doubts that her husband is in some extra marital affair.

Your sister has few options :- 1. What does she want ? 2. The options Available are social family & relative meetings for reconciliation 3. If not, 498a, Domestic Violence complaint or Divorce You need to immediately hire an advocate Thanks

Greetings to you There are many things that you can do depending upon what you want and such as Restitution of Conjugal Right to live together or she can also file cases of Domestic Violence. So everything depends upon what you want. Regards

Its a serious matrimonial dispute between your sister and brother in law. Would advise you to seek the help of a lawyer to move forward.
