Husband took son away without wife's consent

Husband has been torturing wife mentally, emotionally, and financially. Husband picked up son from school and disappeared without contact for more than 2 weeks. Police traced the husband location, however, he is not willing to discuss/resolve the issue with wife. when wife's parents went to husband house to discuss, then husband showed no interest in resolving the issue and threatened wife's parents to go to court to get child custody. Please advise next steps to help resolve this marital issue.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce/domestic violence case against him. I would suggest you to go for the mutual divorce because it is less money consuming and ends up in maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
