Husband threatens me to divorce and doesn't let son visit my home

Its been 13 years of marriage. My husband threatens me of divorce. He doesn't like me visiting the my parents home and doesn't let my son who is 12 years old go along with me. What are my rights? What action can i take against him?

Look in the circumstances as stated by you there is little to be done at this stage. All the remedies you pursue now would now premature as your husband has not done anything as such which shall invite any remedy from court. However there are some other legal recourses you could take but again that depends on the extenet you wish to pursue this matter.
