Husband seized phone given by him as a gift

My husband gifted me a phone after our roka ceremony and took it back saying he paid for it . Can I file a case against him
you can file a case but you have to take another ground for it if you need further information kindly contact me and let me know getting his phone from yourself
If the phone was given as a gift after the roka ceremony, it's considered a voluntary transfer of ownership. However, if your husband claimed he paid for it and took it back, it may be seen as a conditional gift.
