Husband refusing me to stay with him and now going to settle in UK

My husband is not wanting me to stay with him at hassan. I am currently staying with my parents at Mangalore. I finally told him that I will go to Hassan and stay with him. So now he is saying he is going to settle in UK forever. Please suggest what can be done if he gets absconded

A wife has a right for the society of her husband, without avalid reason one spouse cannot refuse to be with the other, and either of them can take an order from court, but at thesame time one cannot be forced to live with another. In yourcase if he is performing other marital obligations, you canonly seek maintenance, but cannot prevent his going abroad.

File an restitution of conjugal rights suit immediately. In the case file an application before the respective honorable Court to refrain him leaving the country. Hope this resolves your query. Regards. Advocate A Z SHAH
