Husband planning to remarry because of my infertility What to do

I was married seven years ago in 2009 dec and in feb 2010 i went overseas when i was pregnant with eight weeks.after my landing i had miscarriage.my inlaws were in india and they refused to help so my parents send me money thrice in a year for my proper treatment but my husband refused to do it and used the money for him.in india my inalws also refused.now after got green card under me my husband and inalws after seven yearssaid u r sterile and infertile we had only one son so we need baby.give us divorce so that we can re marry him.dont know what can i do.they spoiled my life
it is very disturbing. However the information provided by you is not sufficient to guide you through but the only recourse you seem to have is penal. I mean you can initiate several kind of proceedings against them, but that depends on your will, whether you wish to live with them or you want to leave them.
Without knowing your wish for future recourse, no one can actually guide you through.

In case one of you were here in India the indian law comes into force and you can opt for certain procedures and laws. But I shall clarify that infertility is not your fault its a unfortunate thing happened to you without your involvement etc. Your husband can not pressurize you for divorce as there are certain procedures that the couple can opt for getting baby, these days with help of science. You can file a divorce case in india against ur husband under section 13 Hindhu marriage act. in case u wana remarry again. You can also file complaint for maintance from your husband in india under section 125 CRPC.

Dear client, as per atrocities from your in laws side you have a legal remedy to file Domestic violence case , 2ndly if you have problem of infertile and medical record shows the same, then your husband can file a divorce on this ground, any medical unfitness which is not curable is solid ground to get divorce, if you have medical that you are not having such problem, then getting is divorce impossible, you can contest that on the basis of false allegations..
