Husband of abusive nature, has filed RCR in court, can I skip hearings

09-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I'm living with my parents because of abusive and harassing nature of my husband and in-laws since October 2014. He has filed a case under section 9 of HMA to defend him. Is it necessary on my part to go to the court on hearings?

If you were a victim of abusive nature of your husband, why you didn't file any complaint against him, now there is no need to attend the hearings of section 9 , if you don't want to live with him, but on the basis of decree of this present case he will get divorce .

U have not mentioned that whether you filed any criminal complaint against him or not.if he has filed conjugal right case then you have to appear in that case and filed your reply also.
