Husband not traceable for 7yrs can wife remarry without legal divorce

Sir Smt x was married to y and has 1 daughter studying in 9th STD .Since husband was beating x, x is staying with her daughter alone for more than 7 years.It is known that y has remarried and having 1 child but y is not traceable.Can x remary without legal divorce.

she can't marry but she can live in relation ship suprem court given judgment saying that but she can gate legal divorce by filling application on husbunds second marriage firstly send him notice mentioning all these facts
