Husband - Not taking care of family

My husband is not willing to take any responsibility of me and child. So I am forced to work on contract basis in construction field.I have to take care of my parents too. If I file any case, how much percentage of my husband income can I claim. My son is 7yrs and require financial support from husband. Kindly advise.

you can't claim maintenance from your husband.. are you both living separate?? you can file a maintenance case for your child. The court may grant interim maintenance to your child. for more details contact me directly
