Husband not taking care of child and me how can i claim maintenance

Sir/Madam, got married in 2002.her Husband is taking responsibility for wife and child (since birthd) education daily exp, schooling etc..reason was low income. husband but now he is earning around 45000/Month (from 2014).what are legal option avalibel to ask for maintenenace? also from property and earning form agricalture income.can we claim share from his agri income from 2002?

You can file 2 cases in court one at criminal court and another at civil court, if he has residential flat in his name you will get access to it with protection order.
