If your husband is not ready to divorce you, then you need to file for a divorce which shall be contested. A contested divorce is the only option available. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

In case your husband is not willing for mutual consent divorce, you still have the option to file a contested divorce petition under the grounds provided by law, such as cruelty, desertion, adultery, or any other valid reason depending on your circumstances. In contested divorce, the court will hear both sides and decide based on evidence. Though the process may take longer than mutual divorce, you can still seek reliefs like maintenance, custody of children, and protection orders if required.

You can start by sending legal notice. Further if husband is not ready, you can file for divorce on your end on relevant grounds as per your case. Court will grant divorce in 2-3 years. However, in the meantime if husband wants to settle, it can be finished mutually as well.

It depends on the what are the terms and conditions of the mutual divorce. ma'am please provide us with the details so we can try to convince your husband. because it all depends on the terms and conditions. in your case you can file for the contested divorce but it will be time consuming. so provide us with the details and we can figure out a middle way for both of you.
