Husband not ready to continue marriage ahead

I have send notice under section 9 RCR but my husband not agree for continue our marriage ahead. what I can do .
You just File section 9 petition in the court and get orders form the court and execute it because if he files divorce petition than court cannot easily grant the same without your consent and in the same time that petition of sec.9 would be helpful to you.

You can file petition for RCR in the court and also demand half property including maintenance under section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code, now your husband will take you back. It's simple.
