Your question is not entirely clear. However, from what I understood, you are the waras / legal heir after your father. You definitely have 25% share/ownership rights in the property. After your mother, subject to her testamentary documents, you will retain 33% rights in the property. As of now, you can claim 25% of the property and proceeds from the property.

As per the Indian succession act, if your father died intestate without any will, all these siblings and mother will be the equal and owner in equal divided shares of the property, if you want to get it transfer in the name of all three of the daughters you will require to get letter of administration from Bombay High Court after, to administer the property.

Maintenance under Section 125 CrPC: You can approach the family court and file an application for maintenance for yourself (if you are unable to maintain yourself) and for your children. The court can order your husband to pay a fixed monthly amount. Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act (if applicable): Under this Act, a father is legally bound to maintain his minor children (and unmarried daughters even after 18 years). Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (DV Act), 2005: You can also claim monetary relief for expenses related to children's food, schooling, and medical needs. During Divorce/Separation: If divorce or separation proceedings are going on, you can seek interim maintenance and child support durin case itself.
