Husband not giving maintenance even after orders passed

My Daughter living in Dubai she won a case against her Husband with the custody of the children and what ever financial requirements with it. lately we got the divorce in Lebanon with the same rulings. The Ex Husband is not meeting his financial dues as Judged, he is not taking the Children as he requested by him he does not give the Passports to the mother to take the children with her on Holidays , nor does he take them for her to Go alone.
we decided that She gives him back the Custody of the Children. Please Let us Know how do go about doing it !! do we need to apply to the court
Yes, you have have to go through the courts. You must engage a capable lawyer. You will need certified copies of both the Dubai court and Lebano court orders and you have to first apply for Execution of those judgments. A lawyer would have to look at the judgments and previous proceedings to give full and proper advise.

You have not disclosed all the fact. If your daudhter is living in Dubai then you are a muslim or hindu by religion. If you are a muslim then sariyat law will be apply on you and for getting maintenance you have to file execution petition in the same court if court has passed some order in your favour.
If husband of your daughter is not giving passport of your daughter then you can approach Indian Embassy to intervene in this matter.
