Husband not giving any maintenance n fund for us

Mere husband 5 saal se apne parents ke sath rehte hai aur main aur meri daughter rent pe rehti hu woh kehte the ki mutual divorce kar lenge but still woh mujhe maintenance dete the we r still married not divorced ab ek week se unhone mujhko aur meri daughter ko block kar diya hai unke parents kehte hai woh pata ni kaha hai hum bahut pareshan hai i hv no help from anyone plz help main kya karu

If you are willing to stay with him then you should file a petition under section 9 HMA for calling back your partner in your matrimonial life. Legally you have got many options. You can file a case under DV or section 125 CrPC and claim monthly maintenance for yourself as well as for your daughter. And if you are not interested in living with him anymore then file a contested divorce on Cruelty grounds. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you can file a case of maintenance you will lodge are saying that they do not know your husband is so to find out that police complain of missing cal police station and the police will Trace him as there is no order from the court you the maintenance can not forcing better to go to court and get a order of maintenance we one third of his known income

apko maintenance case file krna chaye... maintenance case file hote hi court gives written direction to give you certain healthy amount or agar husband ne khrcha nhi diya toh jail hogi unko.. aap hmse contact krye for free legal advice.
