Husband n in laws have stopped communication

Hindu religion. Husband told lies in Jan 2016 that he will be on project for 2months in UK. 3Rd month he just messaged that his stay has prolonged, when I asked how long he said I have no idea.Inlaws knew he was going for more than 2years,but my husband n they hided from me.my health went down as my husband stopped calling me n communication got under depression,as nobody use to talk to me, my parents came n took me home at Pune. My parents n I kept calling my in laws n husband but they did not receive our calls n completely boycotted us.ow it's 3 and half years, he has come back but not contacting n running away back again.please can u advise how do I stop him from going abroad also what all Help can law help me in my case.
