Husband missing from home since last 2months

18-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I want to get suggestions on next step on my current situation. nIn the month of Sept’22, I went to my hometown to meet my parents and came back on 9th Oct’22 and found my brother in law at home with house keys and my husband left home same day stating he will return in 3 days however now it is been more than 2 months he has not returned. He was not picking my calls and not even responding my messages so I reached out his parents and they are saying they don’t have any information. I told them that I will file missing complain and than he picked my call and said I will come when I want. He went ahead and filed an anticipatory bail stating that he has fear that I will trap him in false case so he is afraid. nNow it is been more than 2 months he is not connecting or responding me and kept on waiting. Yesterday I messaged him that if he doesn’t me than I will go to his office and called his parents to inform that I am taking this step than he dropped me a message that he is angry

According to your situation it seems that your husband is not ready to continue his matrimonial life. You can always send him a legal notice and in that notice you can urge him to come back. And if you wish to go legal then first of all file a complaint in writing to the police officials stating your grievances. You can also file a application under section 9 HMA before the magistrate. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Madam, first you need to decide what you want in your relationship. Keep messaging him and try to get in touch with him to produce evidence in the court. secondly, if you want to keep this relationship then you can have only this option to call him regularly. but if you both don't want to sustain in this relationship then you can take legal action.

Get a social gathering and if things don’t work out then u must wait for few more months and still if things don’t work out u can file suit for restitution of conjugal rights, domestic violence etc ! Kindly be in touch to understand the legalities! Or you may simply ask your husband that what shall I do to calm your anger ..just say sorry if u think u can !

Hello, your husband seem to be running from you. there could be many reasons behind it. You have plenty of options available with you as per law. You can file section 9 RCR before family court. Feel free to get in touch and elaborate various options with you so you get justice. All the best.
