Madam you can File a case in the court for divorce you can state that her husband is wantedly not giving divorce Mai not letting me live my life he is enjoying his life and having other relations but he is not letting me live

Even if your friend's husband is living separately for 6 years and he is not willing to give divorce, wife can file divorce petition on the issues or allegations which she has faced. Once petition is filed court will send summons to him.

You did not state the reasons for their separation. You did not give any details regarding whether they have any children.Six years is along time by any standards. It shows neither party had not sent feelers for any reconciliation. Have a meeting with your friend and find out (1).the reasons for their separation. (2)..Whether her husband is paying her any maintenance. (3).If there are children in whose custody they are and are they receiving any maintenance(4). Whether there were any efforts made for their reconciliation (5) was there any occasions where your friend's husband had requested her to join his company....Divorce can be granted on the grounds of cruelty, desertion and for other reasons as laid down under one's personal laws. If your friend's husband is not giving divorce then your friend can seek divorce from court if she has any grounds for divorce.
