What should I do as my husband left me and my son after his birth fled not keeping any contact and sends just Rs3500?I am not willing to divorce and leave him for his injustice
you dont need to divorce but if you know the details of his parents and their home it will be easier you must mandatorily stay in the house of the inlaws also and a maintenance case be filed to seek maintenance from them with right of residence
