Husband left home after a fight about a girl

My husband brought home his old friend stating they are brother sister. I was against her coming to our home. She lived with us for 3 months and then shifted just front of ours flat. Slowly our fights started because of her . On 10th June we had a huge fight and he left home. Now asking for divorce accusing my aggressive nature. nI want to give another chance to our marriage. But can he be sued for "jimmedari se bhagna". And adultery

You can file a petition in the court for ordering him to resume the marital relationship with you. You can also file a domestic violence complaint for cruelty and mental Harrassment to you and claim maintenance. on the ground of adultery you can obtain divorcey

If you wish to continue cohabitation with him then you may file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in a family court. He will be called and mediation process will be carried out where both of you will be asked to settle the issue.
