Husband left country and got married without taking divorce from me

Hi , i 've married 8 years ago ,there was several issue by my husband family and they sent me out from their home 5years ago . there is no response yet from my husband and his family side . i 've two children there is no source of income . my husband went to foreign 3 years ago but he did not come to india yet . in between him mother married some other girl to him even they didn't give me a divorce or any information . if i ask my husband family where he is ? when he will come ? they are not responding anything . every month my husband mother (mother in law) give 10000rs via my account to my children . There is no proper response from mother in law side if i ask them they are used to say like " no one can ask us and if you want you should go anywhere even supreme court but my son won't come and he will never ready to live with you " .. I heard he is in dubai by my relations .
