Husband is not working and he is under control of his sister in law

I am 6 months pregnant. My husband is not working and he is under control of his sister in law. She is the boss.He needs her approval for everything. He is not giving me medicine or any other expenses since 3 months.Before that also he gave medicines only nothing else.He took some of my jewellery and once when I was sleeping, his sister in law and my husband took my ear rings from wardrobe. Now I am in my maternal home. They are telling that I have to go to their home if I want expense but its

You can file a petition for maintenance under Section 125 of the CrPC or the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (PWDVA) to claim monetary relief for your daily and medical/pregnancy expense

Dear Madam First you can file a petition under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act to seek urgent interim maintenance for medical and daily living expenses from your husband Second you can request the court to order the return of all your Stridhan including jewellery taken from you Third you can file a case under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code or relevant provisions of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita for monthly maintenance Fourth if you face physical or mental cruelty or coercion you may lodge a complaint with the police or local protection officer

it is depressing to hear about your condition at this situation- the treatment you are facing from your husband and his sister in law. have you not sought the help of elders for any sort of mediation. Do your in- laws own any property - do they have any business ? where you live .?
