Husband is not not supporting and is physically abusive

husband before marriage knew that I was recovering from a medical condition but however after marriage he started being abusive physically and also the in laws were forcing me to do physical labor knowing I was asked by doctor to take rest. 2 months back I got hospitalized he didn't show up even to my hospital..Im unemployed was a decision I took cos of my recovering period..I took all my medical expenses by myself.MIL says I will take care of my own n husband doesn't need to get involved.

dear client as per your query since you are facing mental and physical abuse so you can file a case against them or can file for divorce what do you want you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees....
