As per your say it is crystal clear that you are a victim of emotional and physical abuse. If you are sure of seeking divorce from your husband you have the option of asking divorce on grounds of cruelty. also ask for custody of your children.

If your husband is abusing you, and you want divorce from your husband, you should file for divorce against him before the Family Court and simultaneously for child custody. The court will take appropriate action. Apart from divorce, you can also file for domestic violence against him for the verbal and emotional abuse. For further discussion, you can approach me.

Well, you can seek a Unilateral Divorce from him if he is continuously abusing you without valid reasons and even if the reasons are valid, no man including your husband has a right to abuse a female in a filthy manner, there are ways to sort out issues in a gentle manner without raising a hand on a woman. Well, as far as custody of minor children is concerned, it will go with you.
