Husband is cheating continuously and having extra marital affair

I have filed exparte against husband.After recieving the final decree, what will happen incase he challenges the verdict and appeals to highcourt.will my case be delayed.
is the case has been finalized ex Parte there is a provision for going to High Court in appeal but in the exparte case at the most important thing is just to see at what grounds have been decided and in high court appeal is been filed before going into some major aspect in the case and can be finalised in 324

you stated that your husband got a decree of divorce . Thereafter you file a application for exparty divorce against the husband .
if you have not received the summon in divorce decree case . your husband can not take any relief in high court.
