Husband is Blackmailing regarding to divorce

I have filed cases under Section 498A IPC and maintenance against my husband. He is now blackmailing me about not agreeing to divorce. We have around ₹80 lakhs in gold, silver, and cash. Can I file a complaint under Section 406 IPC to recover these assets? Is it non-bailable, and can an arrest be made? If I file for contested divorce on grounds of cruelty, how long would it take, considering he hasn’t attended court for other cases? Please advise on how to proceed.
hi for contested divorce it would take atleast 1 to 2 years and you could file it on grounds of cruelty and that if he is not attending the court then you could obtain ex parte order in court and for recovery if he had withheld illegally then you could file complaint against him
