Hi My husband is abusing me physically and mentally. He also is an alcoholic. How can I go about for separation

Dear Madam, You can file police complaint and domestic violation case. You can file judicial separation or divorce with alimony. You can file judicial separation case under Section ten of Hindu Marriage Act

You can file a case for divorceagainst his his acts if he is ready to give divorce both can file for mutual divorce and even you can file a maintenance case against him, consult advocate and explain the incident in details you will get a clear legal advise.
