Husband involved in extra marital affair

Couple have 12yrs.marriage relation, have a 7yr.old daughter. Husband earn 40 lacs & wife earn 10 lacs per annum. They have joint properties of 90 lacs & 30 lacs. HOW MUCH ALIMONY, MAINTENANCE & CHILD SUPPORT wife will get.
dear client as per query since 40 lacs is the annual income of the husband so one third of his income may be granted for maintenance and Alimony may mutually decided between both the parties if wife is also earning then the maintenance may be reduced..
